“If you want to know all about Andy Warhol, just look at the surface of my paintings and films and me, and there I am. There’s nothing behind it”.

Andy Warhol, one of the greatest exponents of Pop Art, is considered one of the greatest artists of the twentieth century.
Painter, sculptor, photographer, director and producer of musical groups, he himself became an icon, precisely because of his ability to unite in his artistic language, mixing cultural models, the concepts of "high" and "low" culture.

His work has profoundly influenced contemporary art and left an indelible mark on popular culture. Through his art, he has highlighted the power of the image and the influence of mass media on our perception of the world. Warhol was able to interpret and represent American popular culture in a unique way, using icons and symbols of mass society such as celebrities, consumer products and commercial brands.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A private collection to discover

The works belong to a private collection dating back to the 1960s and embrace the artist’s various themes: from portraits of celebrities to advertising campaigns created for Halston, from experiments on materials such as shoppers and fabrics, up to the famous Marilyn.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The possibility of purchasing the works

In 2022 Andy Warhol was once again one of the best-selling artists in the world of auctions. In fact, his works continue to acquire value in the international market with great upside potential.
